By accessing or using ChannelGrave ("the tool," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

What ChannelGrave is

ChannelGrave is a free diagnostic tool that analyzes publicly available YouTube channel data to produce an educational report about a channel's performance patterns. The report reflects our own interpretive analysis and is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantee that following any suggestion will improve a channel's performance.

YouTube Terms of Service

ChannelGrave uses YouTube API Services. By using ChannelGrave, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of data obtained through the YouTube API is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ChannelGrave only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: submit channels for any unlawful or harassing purpose; attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the tool or its infrastructure; or use the tool to violate the rights of any third party.

Our analysis and intellectual property

The diagnostic labels, scores, classifications, report copy, and all other derived output ChannelGrave produces are our own intellectual property. You may share your own report. You may not resell, redistribute, or build a competing product from our output without written permission.

No warranty

ChannelGrave is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChannelGrave and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool.

Changes to the tool and these terms

We may modify or discontinue the tool, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
